The learning_via_negativa.rs example was executed successfully:

A: Yes. Users can now capture failed commands, query past failures, and build a knowledge base of corrections.

A: No. All 6 steps are implemented. Auto-suggest from KG is a future enhancement (marked as TODO).

Risk Assessment

Q: What are the risks for production deployment?
A: Low risk. System is fail-open, doesn't block user workflow. Secrets are redacted. Storage is local.
