What's Working

• All executor hardening fixes: LocalExecutor timeout, DockerExecutor TOCTOU lock and resource limits, select_executor graceful fallback, concepts_matched helper extraction, hook portability, token redaction, cache_dir default.
• Full test suite for affected crates passes without mocks.
• No new dependencies introduced.
